L’Oréal Gateway London HQ A dynamic, future-centric workplace that celebrates 90 years of L’Oréal Groupe in the UK. located in West London’s business hub, brings 1000+ employees together under one roof

The space includes four hair studios, a colour test lab, an immersive retail experience, and a treatment room for professional training. Users engage in content creation and photography, while the triple-height space doubles as an event venue for town halls, performances, and runway shows. The design encourages employees to choose the best work setting according to their task. At the same time, carefully choreographed lighting enhances mood, supports content creation, and adapts seamlessly from daily use to events. Wellness and sustainability are central to the concept. Facilities such as a wellness room, multi-faith room, and parents’ room support an inclusive workforce. Gateway has achieved BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ at Design Stage, with White City Place powered by 100% renewable energy. Solar-controlled glass and efficient lighting systems significantly reduce energy demand, making it one of London’s most sustainable workplaces.
